Questions, answered plainly
Frequently asked, honestly answered.
Everything clients tend to ask before working together — from timelines and platform focus to what the studio will and won't promise.
01What does DeeExpertise actually do?
DeeExpertise is a one-person e-commerce studio led by Abraham David, focused on Shopify development, SEO, conversion optimization, analytics and store strategy. Some engagements are full builds; others are ongoing growth partnerships or focused audits.
02Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is where most of the build and development work happens, and it is the platform the studio knows deepest. Strategy, SEO and analytics engagements are platform-agnostic — the thinking transfers.
03How long does a store build take?
Most full builds and rebuilds run in the range of several weeks, depending on catalog size, content readiness and how quickly decisions can be made on your side. You get a clear timeline before any work starts — and it is kept.
04Can you take over an existing store?
Yes. A large share of the work is taking stores that have outgrown their structure — or their previous setup — and rebuilding them into something coherent. An audit usually comes first, so the priorities are agreed before anything changes.
05Will you guarantee results or rankings?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. What you can expect is disciplined work, honest reporting and changes that are explained. The work aims at real outcomes, but no honest studio sells certainty.
06How do we communicate during a project?
Directly, with Abraham — not through an account manager. Updates arrive on a fixed rhythm, decisions are collected and asked for in batches, and nothing in the plan moves without you knowing why.
07What do you need from me to start?
Access to the store, an honest account of what has and hasn't worked, and a decision-maker who can be decisive. Products, photography and copy can be developed along the way, but the faster the inputs arrive, the faster the work moves.
08Can you fix a store that was built badly somewhere else?
That is one of the most common engagements. Patchwork themes, plugin pile-ups, broken tracking and structure that fights growth — the rebuild turns it into one coherent system again.
09Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Launch is not a goodbye. Stores either move into the Growth Partner engagement or get documented thoroughly so your team can run them independently. Either way, you are not abandoned at the finish line.
10How is pricing decided?
By scope, not by hours padding out a timesheet. Store builds are fixed-scope and fixed-price once the work is defined. Growth partnerships are monthly. Audits are one-time. The pricing page outlines the three engagement shapes.
