- 02During the callThirty unhurried minutes. You describe where the store stands and where you want it to go; you get an honest outside read, including whether this studio is even the right fit.
- 03After the callIf it makes sense to continue, you receive a written summary with a recommended direction and, where relevant, a scoped quote. No pressure, no follow-up sequence.
